Mindaugas Rutkauskas (3 images)
The Lithuanian ceramic artist Mindaugas Rutkauskas is completely blind in his right eye and has 0.08% sight in the other. A former history student at Vilnius University, the sheer terror of being stuck in an office for the rest of his working life ignited a latent interest in ceramics, a profession that now fully supports him and his family. It's said that the dream of every photographer is to be invisible. What better way to test the theory than by photographing a blind person?
